Created from the native tropical berry, Lemon Aspen (Acronychia acidula), a unique and largely unknown Bush Tucker fruit found in North Queensland’s rainforests. Available as a white wine in two varieties, dry and medium sweet, Misty Gem’s fragrance is sheer heaven and the taste is fresh and lively. The flavour has subtle citrus characters and is refreshing and zingy.
